Town Cryer, also known as Loudmouth, is a character in Philip Fathom, Deep Sea Detective. He's portrayed by Tom Lenk.
Town Cryer is a gossip. He reports on the goings-on in the superhero community, but gets upset when people don't want him to tell his gossip. He appears to have superpowers (flight, maybe more), but it's unclear if he uses them for anything but gossiping and gloating. He has a dumb haircut.
He briefly teamed up with The Fishwife but they go their own way after the Fishwife's pheromones are no longer a factor.
