The main human settlement on Mars is generally referred to just as "Town". There are several other smaller human settlements on Mars, but the majority of Mars' human population lives in or near the Town.
In Icebreak, town is introduced as "Hope's Eye." Icebreak was meant to be the first episode of podcast canon, but the recording was lost. Town is not called Hope's Eye in any other place in current canon, however, it is also referred to as such in the M Bar episode The Metaphysical Seven.
