Sebastian LeVar Dalton is a character in Cactoid Jim, King of the Martian Frontier, a part of the Sparks Nevada, Marshal on Mars universe. He is played by Jeremy Carter.
History
Mr. Dalton traveled to Mars from Earth with Josiah Goodnight and Mr. Horner to test the lava as a possible source of rocket fuel as a part of a business venture. Although Dalton is not a self-made man, he comes from self-made stock.
The Space-coach was guarded by Cactoid Jim and The Red Plains Rider, wherein they fended off several threats to the Space-coach. It was later revealed that both Dalton and Goodnight separately hired several of the threats such as bandits to the coach to kill the other two business partners in order to keep the profits from their venture for themselves.
Dalton, in particular, hired Highwayman Dan. Dalton and Goodnight were arrested by Jim and Red and turned over to the authorities for prosecution.
