Her most royal highness, Queen Victoria, is a character in The Cross-Time Adventures of Colonel Tick-Tock. She is normally played by Mark Gagliardi, but has also been played by Matt Gourley.

Queen Victoria is ultimately in charge of Her Majesty's Royal Chrono Patrol, thus ensuring the fideltiy of the timeline and time as we know it.
Typically, Queen Victoria appears early in an episode of Colonel Tick-Tock in order to send him on his next assignment.
