Papercut (Craig Cackowski) is The Die-brarian's henchman. Though he seemed perfectly content to participate in the villain's evil plots against Apex City and Captain Laserbeam, he now deftly manipulates The Die-brarian's delusional perception of his recent charity work of filling libraries with books and encouraging children to read.
