The Lizard Men of Planet 30 are former combatants against the United Solar System Alliance. They may or may not be the same as the Lizard Men of Mercury, as it is unclear whether Planet 30 is Mercury.
In the Tales of the United Solar System Alliance episode New Frontiers, a Lizard Man from Planet 30 visited the USSA Academy.
