Leprechauns are not tiny Irish pixies as they would like you to believe but rather corpulent monsters who feast upon the souls of those who come seeking their gold (which they also do not have).
Characteristics
Leprechauns have an automatic response to eating any soul which comes close enough to their mouths.
A Leprechaun can be killed by feeding it until it explodes. This has happened twice - once at a zoo, where a Leprechaun ate everything he saw, and once during the events of The Devil and Mr. Jones.
