Plot[]
Captain Laserbeam is participating in a charity bowling event and using his lasers to always bowl a strike. Congresswoman Mulcahey thinks he should be teaching the children who are present a lesson about not cheating, instead.
He arrives at the Adventurekateer Clubhouse, where Adventurekateers Gregory is dealing with the divorce of his parents and his crush on Adventurekateer Andrea, who's parents recently converted to Hinduism and are throwing her a samskara.
The Adventurekatters tell Captain Laserbeam learns that The Fishwife and Mr. Octopus - a recently married villain couple - have robbed Apex City Aquarium. He decides to pursue them, though doing so infringes on the jurisdiction of Phillip Fathom. Captain Laserbeam finds that the newlyweds have recently resolved their domestic squabbles about henchman Tyler, and Laserbeam quickly becomes ensnared in a deathtrap.
