History

In Electric Rivlaries, Constance refers to Tick-Tock as Nigel.

Tick-Tock is allergic to bees and deathly afraid of lightning, which is made of bees, which is used to produce electricity.

The Oracle said that the common household bee would the cause of Tick-Tock's death in the 30th century.  TIck Tock may have "accidentally" seen to it that bees would be erradicated in Electric Park.
