These cocktails for Sparks Nevada, Croach the Tracker, Sadie Doyle, and Frank Doyle were created by Adam Rogers. They have been served at shows at the Bell House in Brooklyn. *CLINK!*
The Sparks Nevada[]
- 1 oz Bourbon
- 3/4 oz Tawny Port
- 1/2 oz Grenadine
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Shake strain up
The Croach the Tracker[]
- 1 1/2 oz Tequila
- 1/4 oz Maraschino Liqueur
- 1/2 oz Crème De Violette
- 3/4 oz Lime Juice
The Sadie Doyle[]
- 2 oz London-style Gin (Tanqueray or Beefeater)
- 1 oz Maraschino Liqueur
- 1/4 oz Campari
Like Sadie, this is beautiful, sweet, slightly bitter, and very strong. Modeled on the Aviation, but without lemon juice to get in the way of the alcohol. Stir over ice. Strain into a coupe. No garnishes. The glass is too small as it is.
The Frank Doyle[]
- 1 1/2 oz Rye
- 1 oz Dry Curaçao
- 1/2 oz Cognac
- 1/4 oz Yellow Chartreuse
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
The Frank is a heavily modified Vieux Carré that has a lot of man-of-action flavors. Like Frank: strong and complex, with a past. Stir over ice. Strain into a coupe. No garnishes. The glass is too small as it is.
