Arturis Severvein is a vampire and twin brother of Johnny Vampire. They were both born twins, and made vampire twins by their vampire-er, Carlysle Ravencastle.
Severvein speaks in a manner similar to Ravencastle's, and also carries a black, frilly parasol as Ravencastle did.
Arturis Severvein is played by Scott Aukerman (TAH #172) and Craig Cackowski (TAH #179).
